Hoxton Hair

I have heavy curly hair that are hard to manage. Like my previous experiences, I was doubtful while giving Hoxton a go.When I explained to Kaz that I want a tapered look showcasing my curls, he got me exactly. He gave my curls a dry cut followed by a basin wash and hydration. Kaz took time cutting my hair strand by strand. He gave me a full hour not tending to anyone but my hair in that time. I’m new to Melbourne and found Hoxton nearby. Online booking is easy with no deposits required. Anna was exceptional. I got my long hair cut short and she did a great job consulting with me and cut it the length I wanted. She was neat and precise and I am very happy with the results. Money well spent. I will definitely be back!

As a mature 47yr old, I showed photo’s of a dramatic concave clearly 5cm fall! Appointment with partner at $135, walked out with horizontal bob that is so short and tapered like a bowl. It feels horrible has thinned out my already straight hair, now looks like a cheap haircut. I had the length, it is so short that it will take 4ths to grow back. Clearly, the partner did not listen and seek to clarify. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was blamed for the photo’s I had shown! No attempt to correct as they have their appointments booked on the hour every hour. Poor service and no care factor that you are walking out with not what you asked for or paid for! I will not return. Salon had a five star rating, which was the draw card and I booked a partner, I am being kind not to name the partner but I am not happy, the haircut feels horrible!

Had my hair cut by Jo @ Hoxton. Seriously one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I explained what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it! It is so easy to maintain and has made such a difference. Thanks so much.

LOL! Should have read the other one star reviews here.. they call themselves colour correction specialists but could not give me any type of guarantee that my hair wouldn't fall out. I was open to any colour change, to eventually get me to blonde one day but Stephan just didn't get it. I wanted to be explained to me properly what the plan was, and he said for me to get to blonde it would take all day. Ok.. TAKE ALL DAY THEN. Money is not the issue but he just assumed I wouldn't be uo for that option. He said I was argumentative, and then stormed out like a baby. How unprofessional. I drove 25 minutes to get there too.

I had restyle haircut with Anna. She did such a great job it was beyond my expectation. Not only I’m loving it, everyone I know has been complimenting about it and asked me where I had the haircut. She took her time and did a great job.

Highly recommended Sharni for your colours. My hair is fine and slow growing, dry and flat. Basically the worst hair for a women but she always colours my hair with care, makes sure the colour is sustainable and without damage.She has great advice and is a wonderfully cheerful person.
