Culgoa Point Beach Resort

Ben and the entire team at Culgoa do such a great job to make you feel right at home. The gardens, beach & entire grounds are kept in unbelievable condition. This place is very special and cannot rate high enough. Highly recommend 5/5.

Location is fantastic. Private beach is amazing. Rooms are what their owners provide, often needing to rely on self provision of basic utensils. Grounds and utilities are well maintained and look great!Always a pleasant experience to stay here!

we have stayed at the resort the past 3 years. The facilities, resort maintenance and location is amazing. Unfortunately our biggest issue over the years is the fact the rooms dont match the resort. Most are outdated and the owners dont seem to like to spend any money. Each year the room we stay in seems to have no maintenance, same things still broken, little things like cheap blinds so its complete light at 5am. It would just be great if the rooms matched the amazing resort as its getting to a point of needing to find another resort

LOFT apartment was very dated. Furniture worn and grubby. Unit needs painting. No air con downstairs. Very hot. Fridge old and scratched. Lounge very old and worn out. TV had no internet connected so minimal channels available. Instant coffee only. For the price charged each unit should have a coffee machine...not sachets of cheap coffee. Every morning found dead or dying cockroaches on floor. View was nice but did not make up for so many other flaws. We have stayed here for about 15 years, but this will be our last visit. Better value elsewhere in Noosa.

Stayed 3 nights. Great location, everything you need in the rooms, fully stocked kitchens. Only thing I’d have like to see is aircon in the bedrooms.

Photos make it look way better.This place is half backpackers half private rooms. Very small rooms. Clean and tidy tho

The location indeed is a great. Conveniently situated close to main attractions and kind of a secluded corner with access to a private bank of the river delta which works as a private beach. The apartment had all facilities and clear instructions on what to do what not to do etc. There is a common area, common coffee machine and bathrooms which can be used if you come early or want to hang out after checking out. Staff was very friendly as well. You get access control to the gates so there is no issue accessing the property if you come back late at night. We booked a premium beach view apartment and although we were given an apartment designated as premium beach view, it only had a very limited view from one of the windows while other beach view apartments has a direct view of the beach (river delta). Therefore, if you are looking at a direct beach facing apartment, please check if you are getting apartment 49 which only qualify partly as a premium beach view apartment.

Gd location Gd place for family to staying for long-term holidays like one weeks up. Gd prices for Two beds rooms two bathrooms. Kitchen. Washing machine and drying machine. It was gd.Swimming pool. Private beach.

Staff are great, accommodating and easy to deal with. Private beach is a fantastic spot to watch the sunset. Pool area is a nice setup.The entire place is clean and perfect for families. My only issues were the apartment we stayed in was a bit on the older side. Everything worked fine but it just needed a bit of a freshen up. A place to stay if you don't mind being away from Noosa Junction and Hastings St. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and they have electric scooters you can rent on premises so it is easy to get around but if you want to be in the thick of it best to stay closer to Hastings St.

We stayed in a roomy, two bathroom, two bedroom apartment (#33) and were greeted with just stunning tropical interior decor, top quality appliances and a lovely large kitchen. Everything was clean and I even found all the gadgets I needed to enjoy cooking the fresh market goodies I purchased. The main bedroom and balcony have uninterrupted close views of the river water - just stunning! All the staff from the cleaners to the front desk and the ground staff we bumped into were so helpful with local information, were cheerful and overall created a great atmosphere - thank you and well done! Highly recommend.
