Very fast and efficient JP service. Note: Level 2 is actually street level, so the JP desk is usually right next to the customer service desk.

Nice café spot and the city model is available to be seen on level 2.Only minor issue is, there is no JP service (Justice of peace) due to the pandemic. I was hoping to get papers signed here.Otherwise the council staff are very lovely and helpful !

I cannot thank the lady on the line enough… and the whole team of course…Arrived 4:30, entrance seemed closed, called- a lady stayed 20 mins on the line guided me around- turns out the very first entrance was correct one, and she asked her colleague to go downstairs to pick me up…And the other team member re-opened the process for me..Who said gov-related offices cannot provide good service, my heart was warmed…Respect ~ thank you !
