Quick and easy check in with friendly service.The store was very clean and fresh, picked out a beautiful gift.Highly recommended to all.Enjoy.

Great stock levels and setup as per normal Pandora shops.My son waited out front in the line wanting to spend his savings for his mother on mother's day. Female attendant ignored him and I had to intervene to ensure he got served. The next attendant looked after him and also confirmed there is no age limit for service. Great service from the second but very disappointed from the young female.Look after all age groups willing to spend in your store, they may have saved a lot to spoil there mother!

very hard to get any attention or help from staff. even when no other customers are in the shop. seems to be same in all of these franchises. Perhaps as I'm male buying for my wife they think I don't require help.

This review goes to the Worst customer service experience…Pandora Shellharbour Square.I was walking to the store and seen they were shutting the doors about 4 minutes early on Boxing Day. I ran over to ask a simple question ( to see if I could swap sizes of a gift But in another state) as I don't live in the area & the lady shook her head mouthing they were closed & kept lowering the door in my face as I was saying “I just have a quick question.” Keep in mind there was customers still inside!She then proceeded to turn around &walk away to the back office ignoring me& some of the other workers saw this and did the same.I was so upset and embarrassed over something that could've taken 10seconds to be answered!I work in customer service & never leave negative reviews, however I couldn't believe that they could have ignored a customer like that & I'm sure I'm not the only one!I also don't think the owner wouldappreciate the doors being shut early onone of the busiest days of the year, evenif it was only by a few minutes & that thecustomer service of their employeeswas appalling! I've spent A LOT ofmoney at Pandora over the years andsafe to say I'll be taking my businesselsewhere!Shocked, disappointed and disgusted!
