Excellent in store customer experience and delivery service. Really appreciate Stephenie's help regarding the stairway access in our old unit. The delivery boys are the most professional and responsible guys that I have ever seen so far. They successfully manoeuvred the 220mm TV Unit between stairwells. I like Shack accessories and furniture. It's a vibe of antique and dedication.

I bought eight dining chairs that are exactly the right height for my table. Fantastic customer service in advising me on height options. Delivery was faster than expected and the delivery person asked me if I wanted the chairs to be unpacked and the packaging taken away. That for me is premium service. Highly recommend SHACK.
