My wife Carol and I went to Steinborner-Nuriootpa with some technical issues with my car,a 2006 Holden Astra Twin Top.Lisa The Service Advisor said that the workshop manager would have a brief look at it as we had told her we were going away and would have to put up with it as it was.Well a short time later the lady came back to say that it was fixed,so now we wish to thank initially Lisa Heidrich and Steinborner Barossa for coming up with a great service experience and to say we will get our servicing done at THEIR place from now on

This is my second review, I stand by my first one however this has to do with the work shop check. I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and already it needs a major repair which is annoying, I am not happy and wonder if the work shop people know what they are doing.

I was looking to trade in my current vehicle when I met with Sam. We agreed on a trade in price and I planned on returning a few days later to complete the deal. Unfortunately my car had a major breakdown and I wasn't able to transport it to Nurioopta. Sam and the team were flexible enough to still offer me what value they could on my broken down trade in, and Sam went out of his way to tow my new vehicle to me, before picking up my old one and taking it back to the Barossa.I'm very thankful for the extra effort put in, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Honest and friendly business.

Very helpful customer service. All staff good communicators. Senior mechanic (Chris) is patient explaining issues that require attention. All staff go out of their way to ensure you are being attended to.

In March, we bought a Captiva that had been a demo but with only a few hundred kms on it. We were so pleased with the car and how Sam made it a great experience, that we came back a few days ago (in June) for another car, an Astra for the wife. Again we dealt with Sam and again the experience was great. We probably won't need another new car for a while but if we do, this will be our go-to place for it.

I had been looking for a twin cab for a while and went in for a look. The sales team are not pushy and most helpful, found a great ute and Sam and Daryl did a great job and top customer service throughout the sale and after. I would recommend Steinborner's to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have had lots of cars and motorbikes in the past but none with this customer service.

Was hoping that Steinborner Nuriootpa would be better than Gawler but it turns out both locations are atrocious. Be prepared to spend $150 straight up regardless of what they do to your car. Provided 3 issues to them to which they fixed zero of them. The service team also provided me with incorrect information about the keys being faulty which resulted in me paying $290 to a locksmith only to conclude that there is actually nothing wrong with the keys. Their solution to a misfiring issue was to top up the oil a bit." Go somewhere else to get your car serviced unless you are under warranty and you are forced to go here."
