Agile Change Leadership Institute
Truly an amazing course that is filled with immense insight on how to build and lead an agile organisation. The content and experiments in the course has enabled me to sit and reflect on my own leadership skills, mindset and capabilities with an open mind and curiosity. The course provides tools, techniques and ideas and hacks for people who are involved in Agile change. The course does give the science of change management in simple terms and in a fun way too. A recommended course for people who are keen to learn more on how to lead/manage/work in an agile organisation.

I have recently finished the Agile Change Manager Certificate and it is fantastic. Perfect bite size chunks of knowledge to absorb with stories of the tools put into practise, theory and real life examples and templates for me to take away. I am feeling much better equipped to now consolidate my change planning into agile ways of working!

I love love love agile change and the courses provided by the ACLI are fantastic - they are easy to consume, practical, full of resources and fantastic knowledge. I have completed almost all of the courses and use the tools daily to support my thinking, approaches, strategies and to develop my plans in roles. I would highly recommend ACLI for any courses on change as a great way to build current knowlege or start to learn about change in a different way.

I completed the Agile Change Manager Certificate Course. I recommend this course to people who are beginning their change journey as well as to people who are experienced change practitioners. The templates and curated links are great, the content is current and the perspective is very reflective of the reality of Managing change in the real world in this day an age. Thanks Lena Ross and Dr Jen Frahm for the course and your great books.

Agile Change Leadership Institute
I recently completed the Agile Change Manager certification course, and found it to be fantastic! A great combination of theory, practical examples, take-away tools and inspiring stories. The course itself took me about a full day to complete, but looking forward to spending time going through all of the additional resources and coming back to the content throughout the year as I start to apply it to my change projects. I recommend this course to experience Change Managers looking to branch into Agile projects.
