Job number 836683Awful customer service. Took almost 3 months for them to give me the air con serial number (for the warranty), I asked on the day for it and got told “a technician will call and sort it for you”. Multiple phone calls over multiple weeks. I’m still waiting on the receipt to be emailed which was meant to be given to me on the day of installation. Given a different answer and excuse each time and told “a technician will ring later today”, they never rang back. Honestly get like no one knew what was going on. I had to chase down and ring multiple times a day to get an answer and do my own research. It honestly felt like they wanted till help till they got my money and after that couldn’t care less.Please note: Ainsley from customer service is an asset to the company as she got the ball rolling with actually sorting things for me and was actually able to give me the simple answers I required.Would not recommend to anyone.

Chris came and explained the options to fix hot water system. Conrad finished the installation professionally at the same day. The price was quite high. We paid for the premium services.

It was the end of the day for Caleb when he arrived but nothing daunted him, even my small manhole! Situation and solution explained fully and next appointment was arranged promptly. Great service.
