Creative by Design

We have had three built-in wardrobes replaced by Creative by Design. The quality of the work was excellent and we can now fit all of our clothes. When one cupboard was damaged by an angry child, Creative promptly sent a workman out to fix it at no cost. Excellent customer service, I recommend them highly.

We recently had wardrobes installed into almost every room in our home in Canberra. From the first contact with the Creative by Design team, we were impressed. They were professional, prompt at communicating, friendly and helpful. Renee, who came out to so the measure and quote had great solutions for all of our storage needs, and had design ideas that really fit with our home. We weren't entirely sure what we wanted but Renee was able to guide us quickly through the process.When it came to installation, Geoff was absolutely brilliant. He was punctual, had perfectionist standards of workmanship, was friendly, courteous and cleaned up every day. Geoff's eye for detail meant that he had some of the fittings re-made so that they were perfect, and this is reflected in the final finish of our wardrobes and wall bed. We would highly recommend Creative by Design.

The whole experience at Creative By Design from administration through to installation was fantastic.I’m sure we weren’t the easiest customers, changing our minds a few times and being late confirming details, but the whole team were incredibly patient and walked us through every step of the way with their vast and very help experience.The TV unit and book shelving we now have in our lounge room completes the space beautifully, and I’m very thankful to Creative by Design for doing a fabulous job

I commissioned Creative by Design to design and install built-in wardrobes, cabinetry and bookshelves. It was a long process largely due to my dithering and non-availability (too much travelling :)). My only suggestion to future customers is to take care and time to follow up on initial design features and suggestions as sometimes they get missed in the translation to the final design and completion. Nonetheless, I'm very very pleased with the outcome and quality.

We had book shelves and cabinets designed and installed. Delayed a bit because of covid lockdowns. They were able to do the actual installation in a day and left the site clean. We are very happy with the results.

Our garage storage and TV unit was recently installed in Torrens, Canberra.We would like to thank Renee for her patience and advice in guiding us to a great design outcome.The garage shelving is very practical and the TV unit looks elegant and has nicely accommodated all of our media boxes and cables.We would also like to commend Dale for the production and installation work. His expertise and attention to detail ensured a very high level quality outcome.Also, thank you to the office staff who were always helpful and responsive.We would not hesitate to recommend Creative by Design to anyone.

I had high expectations, maybe this is were I went wrong!!!!We had our spare room made into a study, desks and a Murphy bed applied.First I was shocked as the quality of the materials were poor if anything cheap. Once installed the desk was not finished, we had to request for it to be completed.The Murphy bed would not stay down WHS issue. I have a small child it could of caused a serious injury. Was informed to purchase another mattress as it was not heavy enough!!! This did not sit well with me. I purchased another mattress with nil improvement. After contacting CD again they returned to adjust the bed.We use the Murphy bed when the in-laws visit, on this occasion they went to lay on bed and it came away from the wall. When CD returned to assess the bed we were informed it was not installed correctly.We also had cabinets fitted in the laundry, they started to separate and the doors have peeled.So disappointed we spent a large sum of money and expected high qualities of material and workmanship. Wish we had gone with another company.

Fabulous experience with Creative by Design. Annika really listened to what we needed and designed a solution that was perfect for our requirements. Prompt and professional service at all times, and the install ran like a dream. Still thrilled with the results.

Had a kitchen and laundry refurb. They are professional, courteous, diligent and their workmanship is fantastic. From start to finish is was extremely well managed and communication was excellent. Very happy with the end product.
