Why is it that online it says the Victor Harbor Police Station is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Yet twice in a number of weeks I have gone there within those times to find a CLOSED sign on the door and nobody home. What's going on?

Twice I have attended the station. The 1st time to get documents witnessed, no staff were available and I was directed to the JP at the council office. The 2nd time to report a fraud and I was directed to submit a report on-line. Still waiting for action on my fraud report more than a year later.
