I don't usually have a pleasant experience when coming here starting with the receptionist but my last visit was really lovely, the receptionists were very nice and so was the radiographer who went out of her way to make things as comfortable as possible. They made a very uncomfortable experience be a pleasant one, thankyou.

Had my mammogram at Marion On Tues 7th June at 4pm. Have given a' less than good' review twice before in all the years I have done reviews- applauding great service is always such a pleasure- but I decided after mulling it over for weeks, to do so this time.I have had lovely reception staff and technicians before so it was a shock this time when I had 2 technicians with me, neither going out of their way to make me feel at all comfortable.I felt like a complete persona non grata. When you get to an age when gravity is not your best friend, some smiles and a pleasant manner is much appreciated. Of all medical staff, these are hardly in the line of fire with Covid, dealing as they do with set appointment times, so being over- stressed and over-worked does not apply to these people, nor excuse their behaviour. I absolutely hated this experience and doubt if I will avail myself of this service again unless I can be sure to never get these 2 again. Wonder how many others will feel the same?

Staff unfriendly & don't know how to speak to or treat elderly with hearing problems properly.
