Tom from TPI Sparks attended our home to replace and install 14 exterior lights. Tom was nothing short of FANTASTIC from the minute he arrived right up until the completion of the job. Tom went above and beyond to ensure he carried out a PERFECT job of all the lights. Tom was not only EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, skilled, talented and 100% focused at all times but he was also very sincere, very honest, very genuine and very friendly and approachable. Tom was EXTREMELY careful to protect our home and took extra care to ensure that everything was left clean and perfect after he had completed his work. Tom was EXCEPTIONALLY respectful, polite and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his work throughout the entire job. Nothing was too big an ask for Tom who genuinely wanted us happy with the job he was completing. To say we are happy with Tom's work is an understatement. We are gobsmacked at how perfect Tom's work was. TPI Sparks and Tom have installed a Tesla 3rd generation Wall Charger in the parking. A flawless, smooth, and reassuring encounter and this is how it went: I always search tradesmen/experts and only approach the most positively reviewed companies. No surprise TPI Sparks had a jaw-dropping record of positive reviews. Then I sent a message on the weekend requesting permission to send some photos of the building. Permission was acquired and after a few hours, I received a quote and timeframe. In a few days, I received a reminder and then on the very day, the Great Tom arrived, super professional with high etiquette and indeed on time, did an amazing job in a timely manner followed by a nice chat. These guys are next-level.

Really happy with the work done by the team. We had a new home built and Tom and his crew not only installed these lights but also fixed other issues without me asking them to do it. The Chandelier was really tricky to install since it was almost 6 meters high. Even though Tom did not have the right ladder for it , he managed to drive upto Kennards pick up a rental ladder and got the job done.Highly recommend if someone is looking for a quality and reliable electrican

Upgrade of switchboard to safety circuits and new led ceiling lights. Finally upgraded my SB as advised by previous electricians. Because the rates were reasonable, I've accepted the quote, and instructed TPI Sparks to proceed with the works. Coupled with new ceiling lights replacing and old ones, can't complain with coolness and brightness of the led lights. Andrew, the sparky, completed and tested the job quickly, thus not suffering much wait to use the internet. I highly recommend TPI Sparks.
