Michael and Shane responded to our phone call for emergency repairs to our Boat in a positive and courteous manner. Their experience showed as they outlined the problem as they worked on the motor.They had the necessary parts in stock and were able to carry out the mechanical/electrical repairs in the very short time of a few hours. Wanted me to pay 7k upfront for claimed throttle loss issue, but indeed a lose screw below the gear handle. Home marina mechanical boy spent 5 minutes tightened it at no cost. I gave them chance to fix the paper work. Never responded. This business is a laughing stock in Brooklyn area.
