Purchased my OME liftkit and castor kit with the intentions of installing myself. Had no issues with the springs and shocks, but the castors were a bit out of my league. Spoke with Darren about the possibility of them doing it for me. To my surprise they booked me in the following day first thing in the morning, they even booked in a wheel alignment for me down the rd at tyre power. I called them mid way through to get other things done and it was done with a smile. I feel like I was given the absolute best service I could've recieved. Extremely impressed with the fact that this went from a call the day before, to totally installed and served the very next day before lunch. Awesome work lads.

Fantastic place to deal with I had a small knocking sound after installation and they went to extraordinary effort and fixed the issue on the spot over the weekend with no fuss. Will be going back for sure for the rest of my 4x4 accessories .

I would not recommend this business.They are not very female friendly towards mature female 4WD owners. Partonising and dismissive of concerns and a We know best attitude. His attitude to honouring a Warrantly is dubious. He wiped away evidence of leaking shock absorbers and dismissed the evidence identified by a fully qualified and trusted mechanic

They all talk about the big Australian being BHP, well,I think many of us humble Australians would see ARB as the big Australian ,this excellent Australian 4x4 accessory manufacturer really understands how to keep customers happy and loyal.These small businesses that range ARB gear would do well to remember who their friends really are.Thanks ARB.Peter little9/02/22

Forget Arb or tjm dealers, This is a privately owned business which takes care of therecustomers. Customer service here in second to none, better prices, and workmanship. See darren at the counter he will look after you. I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.
