Black Pup Moto

I bought a leather wallet from Black Pup Moto a few days ago and didn't notice a minor defect with the threads. Contacted the store with my wallet's inquiry. I received a reply from the store within 24 hr and an offer for replacement, no hassles whatsoever! Definitely, it is a go-to store for my next bike-related shopping. :)

Bought a jacket and gloves. The quality is stunning and the package arrived in like 2 days. The jacket is very very well built with lots of little details. Value for money is fantastic. Will get their summary jacket later this year.

Couldn't be more please with the service and products. Richard puts in 110% in the care of his designs and customers. Great business, awesome human. Can't wait for lockdown to be over to visit the store

Have got the classic jacket, boots and now 2 pairs of the gloves. Needless to say I am a massive fan of the quality and value for money of this gear + the aesthetics are exactly what I am after. Next purchase will be the summer jacket.

I first bought gloves from Richard who was very forthcoming when I had initial questions and his return policy was very comforting in buying online. His quality and workmanship is top notch. Gloves were extremely comfortable so started looking at his other products. I have now bought some boots and once again can't fault them. I can highly recommend his gear and will definitely buy from him again. His communication and professionalism in the way he runs his business stands out above bigger corporations where they treat you as a number. Good work Richard. Got the light BPM shirt for something lighter and was completely satisfied with the weight, feel and breathability. Only qualm was the elbow armour sat a bit high on my arms due to me being a bit lanky. Can't commend Richard enough, was more than helpful and has me sorted out with a swap for another product. Can't wait for the new range when it comes.

WOW just WOW! I work in marketing so appreciate outstanding customer service and an amazing product. I just had delivered the charcoal brown bobber jacket and it’s awesome, (looks brilliant whilst on my Indian Rogue lol and also when off it ). Originally I was after the black one but so glad I got this colour it’s still dark and a great design and look, very stylish. I’m 6ft 2, slim but athletic build and the large fitted great for me…I don’t have a ‘belly’ tho and it was snug around the middle with a t shirt on which is what I wanted… if like me a few years ago you have a bit of a belly… go for the relevant size up lol. Just remember to read the measurement info on the website to add the additional cm to the measurements. The customer service was fantastic as originally I made a mistake with sizing… (my fault I was to excited to buy and should have read the sizing better) but they were great and I got a replacement within a week. I’m all for supporting the smaller business when they have amazing products so can’t recommend them enough. Cheers H - I’ll be back!

Bought the black leather jacket recently and was worried about the sizing buying it online, but the sizing guide is 100% spot on. Jacket is perfection, exactly what I was after. Don’t even bother with other brands if you want an awesome very well priced leather jacket! Gloves next!
