I had high hopes for Dinesh from O'Brien Real Estate Keysborough after being referred by a friend, but was severely disappointed with the outcome. I was promised a sale price upwards of $650,000 for my property in Noble Park North, but after a few weeks, I received an offer of $550,000, which I was told to accept.I was extremely unsatisfied with the offer and switched to Barry Plant Noble Park, where Tim Stickley successfully sold my property for $750,000. Going with Dinesh and his team would have resulted in a loss of $200,000 for me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
