The team from m.ewaldt were professional on all fronts. The quotation was appropriately detailed and competitive, and the delivery was slick to plan with good quality. They understand hitting schedule milestones and putting in the hard yards to achieve the goal for the day.I had used other groups prior to m.ewaldt for other works, and by comparison I wish I had come across m.ewaldt sooner!Would definitely recommend.

A simple google search ended up giving us the best building experience you could ever hope for. In a time when builders are under pressure on multiple fronts with post flood repairs, building supply shortages and import delays, Michael did not once make us feel like our job was unimportant, too difficult or too small to be a priority. His relaxed nature made us feel at ease and his standard for excellent workman ship is high, even down to the smallest details.We extended our low set, 3 bed/1 bath, brick home to a 4 bed, w. study, 2.5bath home and added a new kitchen, with butlers pantry, a renovated bathroom, new laundry and open plan lounge/dining space. A total of an extra 80sqm. 12-14 weeks was the timeframe we were given for our project and from start to finish Michael's team worked tirelessly every day to meet that expectation and succeeded!Our daily interactions with our project manager Logan Bruce were never stressful. He was quick to manage any tricky situations, quick to problem solve delays and always had our expressed needs at the front of the projects priorities.The team onsite were brilliant - Luke, Logan, Greg, Brandon - you guys feel like friends. Someone said to me at the beginning of the project that we would be glad to see you go by the time it was finished, but that is not how we felt. We are so grateful for your professionalism, the high quality of your building skills and the extra mile you went in treating the job as if it was your own home. Highly recommend for renovations big or small. We had our home transformed by m.Ewald team in less than 3 months. It was initially a daunting process however Michael put as at ease by taking us through each process and keeping excellent communication throughout the project. We had the whole 4 bed home gutted out and extended, the workmanship has been at high standard. What was important for us is to work with a builder that not only we trusted but someone that was flexible and had strong ability to overcome challenges within budget constraints.Very happy and will use again.

I was recommended to Michael by a friend to fix my patio roof. Michael has done an excellent job on flashing and reroofing. Workmanship and quality is A+. Michael and team pulled down and completely rebuilt our upstairs wraparound verandah on our Queenslander home. Knowing our home is a local landmark we knew that any change would be open to scrutiny. These days it is very hard to find competent, diligent and fair builders, especially if you are a woman on her own, so I count myself very lucky to have come across Michael Ewald. I first engaged him years ago to build a retaining wall, the work was first class and fairly priced. I found Michael very accommodating as I asked him to complete a couple of small jobs whilst his workers were there. I was so happy with his service and his work that over the years I have engaged him on a number of occasions from building a deck to erecting awnings and gazebo. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Michael and his team are very professional prompt with outstanding results. I would highly recommend them for any renovations. We engaged Michael and his team to build an extension after the 2022 flood. His team was a great help organised all the permits and council approval. Highly recommended, We engaged Michael to rectify a shoddy front portio from another builder, it involved demolition, design and remake roofing, flashing. It is an excellent job, we then engaged Michael and his team to build a retaining wall of appx 25mt and stairwell creating an extension to our yard. We are very happy with the quality, timeliness and positive can do attitude that Michael bought to the job. I have recommended him to many friends and business clients.
