My girls love coming here. We always feel welcomed by Master Kosta and his lovely team. I love the way they deal with the kids. Kids feel respected when every time they were welcomed by their names! They even call my little one with her preferred name which is a nice gesture!I have tried some other Martial art centres two years ago before we come to ADAPT and I did not like the way they yell at kids. This is always home to my kids and we love it

Im so pleased with all the instructors. My son has been enrolled for over 6 months and his enjoying every moment. They have a lot of patience for the younger children and thet do a fantastic job.
