Dean and his team carried out some extremely challenging remediation work at our family home in Wavell Heights. This followed the bankruptcy of our original builder who unknown to us had installed some under-spec structural steel and a host of other minor building faults. We were extremely happy with all elements of the work undertaken by Rescom and their subcontractors. The work was carried out in a timely and professional way from demolition through to painting and cleanup. Dean listened to any concerns and went to great efforts to minimise the impact of the works on our family who stayed in the house during the works. Importantly, the work was completed quickly which allowed our renovation to be approved prior to expiry of our Building Application. Many thanks to Dean, Ben, Mark and others in the team - we are happy to recommend them.

You will end up with more problems and expense that you began with. The employee turnover is phenomenal we notice 5 people leave during the 6 month period of and supposed 3 month build. Beware and proceed with caution. The other 1 star reviews are 100 percent correct.

Do not use these people. They use inexperienced staff sent by a person named Nicholas to do irreparable damage then lie to cover their tracks and absolve themselves from any accountability. I agree with all the 1 star ratings. Wish there was a quarter of a star rating.And I have a Mechanical engineering degree.

I had this company do the repair work on my home through NRMA.I cannot even stress the amount of issues and drama this has caused us. Trying to get them to do the job that was assigned, getting them to show up, trying to contact them... forget it. And the workmanship and lack of quality in the job they did is disgusting. Im in tears looking at what they have done to my home. I wouldbe had a better finish if the kids from kinda did the job. And trying to get NRMA to acknowledge this has been impossible. I will have to pay out of my own pocket to get the repairs to the repairs done. Avoid at all cost.

AVOID this company at all costs. Unfortunately our insurer engaged us with Rescom from the February floods in Brisbane. Due to some roof maintenance i had to complete before they could start the internal work i couldn't get them in until June due to roofers being busy. But since then they have no empathy for people that have had water damage they don;t respond to emails the supervisor left unbeknown to me. I finally get contacted in september where they gave the job to another builder and half of the damage wasn't on the scope. When i complained to the insurer they gave me another builder based in Brisbane this time but it's taken Rescom 6 weeks to refund my excess, I wouldn't engage these clowns to build a dog Kennel

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rescom Builders, who were appointed by my insurance company to carry out repairs to my home. From start to finish, the team at Rescom Builders were professional, efficient, and friendly.Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The work itself was completed to a very high standard, and I was impressed with the attention to detail that was taken. The team were respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished.I appreciated their flexibility when unexpected issues arose during the repair process, and they were able to come up with effective solutions quickly. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring that I was happy with the work and that everything was completed to my satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend Rescom Builders for any home repairs. Their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent communication make them stand out in their field. I am grateful for the work they have done to restore my home to its former glory.

Do not recommend. We had our bathroom re-done by the QLD branch and it was a very drawn out process (what should have been 2.5 weeks ended up taking 2.5 months). The CEO was very condescending and unhelpful. There was minimal quality control (and they call themselves quality builders!).

Rescom Builders were appointed by the Insurance Company's representative to do remedial works to the verandah of our house.When the works were about to commence the Rescom Supervisor became aware that the initial building works did not comply with the amended building regulations. This needed an extension of the scope of Works to ensure the work complied with the current regulations and the Rescom Supervisor handled the formalizing of the variations involved to ensure the Works complied.The work was carried out in a very professional manner and completed to a standard that was totally acceptable to us and the Insurance Company's representative.We cannot speak too highly of all the Rescom onsite staff involved with the work as the workmanship, personal presentation and management of the site.

Two years since Charlie ripped open my ceilings to investigate leaking and no solution and holes left in the ceiling. Now says he's not obligated to return to the original state.Does not want to complete what he starts. Cannot recommend
