Loving my HOC FIT training.All the classes have been amazing, I can feel it working but it is a fun friendly environment. It's my new energy boost in the morning. Best way to start the day.

Loved training daily with Lou and the great team of girls! It's a fun, active, high energy environment and the best way to start the mornings. Highly recommend Lou to anyone wanting to get out and get active wether seasoned or newbie. Awesome way to start getting involved, active and fit again.

HOC FIT is a must for everyone looking to improve their fitness. The classes cater for all fitness levels and abilities, and are always fun and innovative. Having the added benefit of being able to work inside during the colder weather HOC FIT is definitely my fitness group of choice!

Loving HOC FIT training! Lou is a fantastic trainer and an even better motivator. Classes are for all fitness levels and are not pretentious or intimidating in the slightest. Highly recommended - You won't be disappointed!! :)

I can't rate HOCFIT highly enough. I find it hard to be self motivated but look forward to getting up early and starting the day with Lou's motivation. I noticed an increase in my fitness level and strength, which has enabled me to perform better in the water surfing. And mentally it sets you up positively for the day. Lou genuinely wants to see you achieve your fitness/weight loss goals and will always strive to work with you to achieve this. If you have an injury, Lou is happy to adapt your workouts accordingly. Don't be afraid to come alone to HOCFIT as they will always make you feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is.

HOC FIT was fantastic suitable for all fitness levels, you can take it at your own pace. Most of all it was fun!
