We stopped off at The Vicar for a late lunch. Beautiful venue, nice decor, ample parking!Service was efficient and meals were tasty and satisfying.

Very modern, but for me, rather clinical building. I am fond of the traditional pub so it was not my ideal location for a bite to eat and a beer. Having said that, I am sure that there are many people who would love it. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food has all the usual chicken dishes, some pasta and pizzas and steaks. Plenty of parking space available and a lot of outdoor drinking areas.

Often drive from Eastern Suburbs/Bondi. Stopped in to this venue with my 3 corgis and mum and brother and had a delightful lunch and drinks.Food was above average and generous, venue exceptionally clean and an overall very friendly atmosphere.Highly recommend the outdoor area for a nice spot with your dogs and family. The live music today from 'The Vibe' was awesome and had us stay at the venue a LOT longer than we were planning.

First time in for, just ducking in after hitting the range, and have to be impressed with the shirt time that I was there.Good selection of beers on tap, and the food was tasty! Will need to come back with the Fam nest time.

A sophisticated and spacious pub. The food is delicious, and there is a wide selection of comfortable seating options. It is an absolutely fantastic place where I always leave fully satisfied and relaxed. It's a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy.

We came here for a meal recently with our parents. The music in the public bar was so loud it was hard to understand each other. The service was average at best because it feels always understaffed. The Menu is limited and both sides of the Vicar are now serving the same pub food, which is a bit disappointing. The pub used to have food choices, and distinct areas for the eating of said choices. Now it’s just all bland and the same.I ordered a chicken Parmigiana which took some time to arrive, and a couple of bites in I discovered was severely burned on the bottom, skilfully hidden by the chefs in the hope that I wouldn’t notice. The kitchen remade my chicken but served it with only a tiny bit of ham, cheese and sauce on the second round, and the same chips. Totally unacceptable. The rest of the family enjoyed their food, but mind was rather disappointing and this place has a lot of potential if the kitchen expands back to its original form and menu.

Plenty of parking and they really managed to make the entire place very accessibility friendly (only one set of stairs in the entire joint to get up to some pool tables). Very clean. The food was very good. The cauliflower bites were an absolute stand out, crunchy and flavourful breadcrumbs and not too oily. I ordered the cheeseburger and was a bit surprised when it came out because it looks very underwhelming (see photos) but the flavour and bun quality were outstanding). My partner had a steak with salad and chips. The steak was expertly cooked but the salad was really simple: a bit of rocket with balsamic vinegar and a tiny shaving of Parmesan. Not a single shred of tomato or onion or even a slice of cucumber. The chips were also tiny, like there were plenty of them but they were all about 2cm long. So basically good food but not perfect by any means. The cocktail was expertly made and well balanced.I went at around 4pm on a Friday and didn’t have any unreasonable waits for food or drinks. The menu isn’t actually pricey when you look at the local competitors like The Duke. I did find the music was a touch too loud, even at 4pm on a weekday.

Great location, very hidden. I have driven past this placed since it opened and never explored it.Sadly we visited on St Patricks Day, which Guinness themselves said they have the magic beer... but no, disappointed. The drive through?? The guy just pointed and said its over there? We were the only ones there, and No Guinness which made me angry..But this review is for The Vicar... a definite to visit again, just not on St Patricks day
