The lady behind the counter should try smiling and welcoming customers, instead of being hostile and snapping at them like they’re naughty school kids. We spent our money elsewhere and definitely won’t be back.

The lady that works behind the front counter is extremely rude and unkind, unhelpful and down right nasty. I will never be hiring anything from them again. She referred to me as a piece of male genitalia. NEVER GO TO THEM.

this place has loads of small town country charm thanks to the owners/workers, they are some of the nicest, friendliest people you will come across with a wealth of knowledge in their industry, I highly recommend popping in or giving them a call in regards to anything mower related.
