Awful experience, asked the person on the phone for a Hershey's cookie and a regular Spaghetti Bolognese as clear as day. The order came to $17.95. a regular is $11.95 + $5.99 for a Hershey's cookie. I was charged 17.95 for a regular Spaghetti Bolognese alone and no Hershey's cookie! The bloke who delivered read the receipt out in front of me and said he would go back and get it for me. I called the delivery person back after they had read their receipt in front of me and told they were bringing it back and then they claimed they made a mistake when reading it and that I had to call the store to put in another order because the staff I had phoned to place the order had stuffed up with the order. I asked straight out, where does the $17.95 come into it as the regular Spaghetti Bolognese is only $11.95? The delivery man states he doesn't know and to call the store. When I phoned the store

Very disappointed with the reaction from the staff when I asked to remove ham from the schnitzel. Given that I literally ordered the same from the North Sydney shop on Saturday (2 days ago) and the argument was they may forget !!!! Note that I had a very positive experience with the North Sydney one the staff there was very friendly and accommodating I guess not all pizza hut are the same. Lucky Dominos is down the road.

A very simple pizza outlets. I visited on Sunday. Had only 2 staff members managing everything in there. The Indian guy was impressive and good to deal with. The tables were dirty and had used boxes on them. The lady attendent was good to deal with as well. She was smiling. Mostly pizzas were fresh and as it was snowing outside, fresh pizzas were to die for. Service was decent for two people. It was efficient. In the street is lots of parking making this a great place to get a quick tasty meal.

Lithgow Pizza Hut.Pizza base not cooked enough.Could not eat it. Like eating uncooked dough. Told them oven needs adjusting just a bit but he assured us pizzas went through full cycle at right temp.No offer of other ones.No refund.I just wasted $ & am not happy.Will not be going back.

Put through an order with a deal for $39 delivered. Once I went to go and pay, it charged me $98. Called the store to cancel my order and ask for my money back and the manager abused me on the phone. Do not order food from here.

Worst shop, store is grubby and disgusting. Ordered through app and went in 15 mins later and said they had only just found my order, Bought a meatlovers and a supreme, supreme had next to no topping, had 1 tiny piece of green capsicum and found a hair in one of the slices. Took it back and guy behind counter wanted to argue with me. Not happy at all!

Really tasty pizzas! The traditional base has the best puffy and crunchy crust. Toppings are loaded on, way more and evenly distributed than the Dominoes pizza I had last week. It's Pizza Hut for me from now on.
