INCREDIBLE! I had never been to this particular salon so had nerves going into a new place. To say the service was absolutely phenomenal is an understatement. The professionalism of the employees is what you want walking into a hairdressers. The warm welcome from Daniel & Emma the second I came in was the first sign of knowing I made the right choice. Emma greeted me, offered water & made sure I was comfortable, went into discussion about exactly what I wanted, explained what she would be doing and then engaged in small talk with genuine interest. Emma was very bubbly and kind, I genuinely felt like she loved what she does, and it shows. Daniel then introduced himself, blow dryed and styled my hair. Many laughs, smiles and the energy was immaculate. The fact I got this interaction as well as an amazing recolour and style was just perfect. I left feeling confident, happy and extremely satisfied with the service. I felt more than comfortable in both Emma and Daniel’s hands and felt instant trust when it came to what I wanted for my hair. Can’t fault this salon or the hairdressers, top service and the two professionals who did my hair were made for this industry. Beautiful salon and perfect service. I can not WAIT to be back!

Lazy or mean? Not sure! I asked for full “back to back” blonde foils. Seemed good in the salon. My husband took a photo of the back of my head which they did not show and it was full of brown hair!!! $350 thanks for nothing! Oh and don’t bother saying I’m not a customer, my name is fake like your pretend hair service!

I have been to multiple salons for a cut/colour and this team were the most incredible. I was assisted by all 3 of the men working that day and each of them were so lovely. I became educated about my hair and felt so comfortable the whole time knowing I had put my hair in the right hands (literally). I look forward to my next appointments with them.

Highly recommend!Very professional and courteous staff, passionate about their job and dedicated to give you the best results possible.I like experimenting with my hair and always come to the salon with some crazy idea and a few vague examples of what I'm after, and always leave the place with great hair no matter what. Last week I came here and got a rly bad haircut lol, but I spoke with the owner Daniel and he fixed my hair the day after he found out. I have now been cured of being scared of new hairdressers and I highly recommend Daniel, he was so sweet and a genuinely lovely person.

Booked in at the last minute to see Daniel for a colour before potentially not being able to have my hair done during Stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne. I normally see another hair dresser but needed to go to someone within my 5km radius. I booked in with Daniel, and he did a great job with my colour, made me feel fabulous again and gave helpful advice. I'll definitely be back when isolation is over. Thanks Daniel and the team. Emma is exactly what you want from a hairdresser. Dedicated, talented, easy to talk to, she can handle it all. I’ve had blonde foils here and found the price very reasonable. Highly recommend

Lovely, lovely salon. Environment is relaxed, music is not too loud, all staff are genuine and friendly. Daniel coloured and cut my hair. He listened carefully to my wishes. He totally understood my wishes. And then completely delivered on my wishes. I love my haircut! Daniel turned my Nanna bob into an elegant pixie. Thanks so much Daniel and very special thanks to Emma who made me a lovely coffee and Marcus who washed my hair and massaged my head. You guys are an awesome team and I'll see you again real soon.
