Every single time I use FlowerTrap I get the best outcome. They simply know how to do quality flowers and nothing is ever too hard. I find that they can deliver to wherever I need them and I almost don’t even need to think about it. Seriously the best florist in Brisbane

Today I passed this shop and I was contemplating the flowers and thinking what flowers to buy. There was two ladies working and they were very rude to me and my partner. They asked us why we were standing there. We were planning to buy the flowers but they made us feel very uncomfortable and left. They kept looking to us and laugh and making comments to each other. It’s very disappointing to see this type of customer service. There was no need to be so rude and disrespect-full.

I've been getting my flowers from Martin at Flower Trap for years, simply because they're always stunning and fresh, his arrangements are beautifully put together and very affordable.I'm often a last minute kind of guy, and yet they've always whipped up the most amazing bouquet and had it ready for me to pick up at the shortest notice..Most recently, I sent flowers to a friend who lived way out on the southside and from the time I called to organise them, to the time she received them at her door was a couple of hours!! The customer service is beyond exceptional, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them! Thank you!!
