Kind and friendly service, but I specifically said multiple times I required my car by 2:30pm and they promise both times that it would be done well before then. I dropped my car off early just after they opened. At 2:05pm I was worried and still yet to hear from them so I gave them a call and found out my car had not been started and that it would next. I ended up picking my car up very late, I missed my shift at work that afternoon, and I missed my lift back down to the centre. Overall bad communication. If they could not have it done by 2:30pm they should have told me

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Bought new tyres 2 years ago, and yesterday was my free annual check up. Manager Greg was exceptional and I had my tyres checked, swapped and aligned. nice coffee too while I wait. The video report was fantastic too and great idea. Highly recommend to get your tyres from this place. Good job Greg!

Had an incident happen on the weekend with my boot. Guys at Bridgestone helped a lot and had it done in no time. Couldn’t thank you’s enough for your service. Definitely will be going back in the future.

Scheduled a tyre replacement for all four tyres, told on the phone it would take 1.5hrs. Rock up to hand the car in and was asked what was the latest they could have my car as they were short staffed.. I said the ABSOLUTE latest was 3.5hrs after drop off (so additional 2 hours then previously organised). After 2.5hrs, finally brought my car in, finished the job within 30min and I was on my way. 15min later I get a hazard symbol appear due to tyre pressure. Stopped in at Bridgestone North Lakes who said the tyre pressures were all not matching and uneven and they hadn’t reset the tyre pressure for my car.Clearly a rushed job and this is something they’re supposed to “excel” at… wouldn’t recommend and honestly, such a bad experience at Sandgate.
