Although the wait times to be seen are slow, I believe I have always received adequate care. The doctors are usually prompt and to the point, which is great when you just want to get it over with and get back home to lay in bed.

Im loving the centre changes now it looks freash and clean , along with the customer service in all area's, shout out to the Doctor i seen he was caring and compassionate, so i thank you ✨️

I had a lovely experience at this clinic today. Although visiting the doctor is never something you want to do, the reception staff made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked in. I was very nervous as I have not been to this clinic before but I was relieved when a lovely lady at reception offered me a water while I waited. My doctor was running right on time and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. He was very professional and thorough which put my mind at ease. I will definitely be returning to this clinic and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you to the team for making a stressful situation so much nicer than I thought it would be.

My appointment was 50 minutes late. I was only there to get a repeat of my prescription, which I was able to do over the phone for the last 3 years but now have to do a face to face appointment. The best part is getting to line up again, after my appointment which was 50 minute late, to receive my receipt.

Ginnindera Medical centre have improved significantly since it's moved to mix-billing practice. The services are excellent from reception to doctor's consultation. They have more time for you now and not have to rush like before. The clinic is less crowded, the waiting time is minimal rather than waiting for hours on end like before. Everything is SO much better now. The medical staff are so professional.I definitely will come back again for my future medical appointments.

Amazing receptionists who are calm and compassionate and put the customers needs at first. Can be a little bit difficult with seeing a doctor due to the amount of people trying to get in but they do the best they can do with what they have.

Usually pretty happy with this centre as long as I am able to see my GP. However, every time I try to book he's not there. No notification or indication as to when he will return. Also, trading hours being reduced to 6pm is completely unreasonable. It was always good knowing that I didn't have to take sick leave to see a Doctor. No wonder the hospitals are overcrowded with common issues.*update-now discovering they have taken away bulk-billing. After being a patient of this centre for over 10 years, you would think they would have the courtesy to inform us. (Existing patients). Really disappointed in this practice

I’m so sorry to post this but i was charged to just get my normal blood test results. As the doctor has said it will be free if i have normal report. In the appointment day the doctor was running late and the reception state me i am happy to see another doctor and i also say her the doctor has said its free for if the result come negative. I wasn’t told about paying when i go but they charge me while coming back with my normal blood test result. Its my good lesson from next time to get my blood test result in my own email.Not happy as they were not informative about when i say them what the doctor had told me in my first visit.

Got a quick check up here for a sensitive issue. Admin were prompt, and the doc was straight to the point which is all I needed. Not my regular doctor. I appreciate that they are open during hours that other practices aren't, so thank you for that, especially when I needed this appointment last minute. I saw the staff deal with a rude patron and despite that I thought the desk person handled it respectfully... Don't know how they do that...

Reception staff are kind and helpful. Wait wasn’t too long. Doctors are kind and understanding as well.
