Domino’s Pizza Carindale
The team members are least concerned to show some care when a person orders vegan pizza and making sure there no meat element in it. We ordered a vegan pizza and found a big chunk of meat on it and on the top of that the extra sauce was added like a full splash instead of proper serving portion. Too poor customer service, and food taste. The thin crust that we ordered was almost like a flat wrap.

This is why I stopped ordering from Dominos a year ago and I wish I had kept it that way...... ordered dinner on Uber Eats last night (28/3/22) and received the worst pizza coverage ever, 2 thirds dough and 1 third toppings VERY, VERY disappointed! this was supposed to be supreme only found 1 piece of pineapple! Terrible coverage and order was 15 minutes late.

Very rarely order take out/delivery for this reason. We had a big day at work so thought we would just cheat and grab something easy. But after receiving this, I don’t know what you would call it, definitely won’t be ordering anything again for a while!Called the store, after being on hold for ten minutes they answered. Explained the situation and they offered a redelivery. Just requested a refund as we didn’t want to waste more of our time. I’m sure the garbage can enjoyed the blob in a box.

Quality of the large pizza is not worth I spend 15$ for large spicy peppy panner and topping was same as small pizza just the crust was big I am very disappointed with this and I suggest owner to hire some experienced staff.

We ordered this, said the pizza would be out and within 4 minutes so we left, drive for about 5 minutes and got in store, sorry it's still 4 mins away.. okay that's fine, we can wait. Wait for about another 5 mins, get it, okay no worries. Shop looked busy, the supervisor was scalding a delivery driver about a wrong drop off in Gumdale.. bit odd to be talking about it in front of customers.Anyway, the pizzas, they were okay. Were they edible yes, were they better than a cheese toastie? Well they had the makings of being good pizzas but the topping were too scarce and overall too inconstistant.I'd requested no pineapple on my supreme, sure enough, I only found one bit, but I'd also asked for olives, which I was charged for(for swapping one topping for another?)(it says on the website, no more than 2 shopping changes per pizza, but it doesn't specific you'll be charged) and I didn't find a single olive.All the other toppings were pretty lacklustre accross the pizzas, the bacon on my bothers pizza was basically one bacon rasher and a few crumbs.Overall, in a pinch you can feed a crowd here but if you're wanting consistent results when ordering food I would not spend the money.

Domino’s Pizza Carindale
I used to regularly go to this Domino's store and also previously gave them 5 stars on a few occasions. They used to be the best ever for me. Not sure what has happened to this store but it has gone downhill dramatically in the past 6 months. Two lots of deliveries left at the wrong door, wrong order delivered and wait times after ordering online 3 hours earlier were horrendous. I will never use this store again !!!!!!!!

Had two pizzas delivered yesterday from carindale dominos, both greasy, soggy messes that stuck to the cardboard boxes.It was not an enjoyable experience - scraping the base from the box, then picking up the toppings to slap back on the base that had all the structural integrity of a wet tissue. Disgusting

Food was supposed to be ready when I arrived but instead, the staff were chatting when they should be fulfilling a customers order..They said oh it’s a few mins away I’ll chuck in a free garlic bread.. and they could see I was waiting and wanted me to go away but I waited as it said my food was ready so I expected it to be ready not have to wait an extra 15 mins because they couldn’t be bothered cooking it.You could hear in the staffs voices the groans that the food orders were coming in..Not sure what they expected on a Saturday-night
