I was applying for parenting orders and the other parent 100% consented to the orders so there was zero disagreement between parties and still the orders were not approved. We spent $5,000 on legal fees and a useless stat dec. She refused to answer simple questions or take our calls and was frequently unable to work due to personal reasons. Absolute waste of time and money.Edit to respond: I refer to OUR emails on 21 July, 27th June, 24th June, 20th June and the phone calls Scott made to your office which were ignored, where we asked what amendments the Court required for the Amended Consent Orders, and you never once advised us. You ignored that question every time we asked and when we finally set up the phone appointment for 4th July, you cancelled due to an urgent matter"

Unprofessional, unwillingness to answer questions after a fee of $250 was paid. Meant to be a figure that people can reach out to in difficult times and circumstances however, abrupt, cold and very unpleasant. Disgraceful behaviour. Thank goodness I had a family member with me taking notes that we could both refer back to after receiving misleading advice.
