received a bottle of Morialta Trails Pinot Noir as part of a special deal when purchasing a beautiful oyster bay drop to enjoy. Even after consuming a bottle of the oyster bay wine this is undrinkable. Grapes like this should be thrown out not turned into wine. Can't even say it is good enough to go with chips like vinegar it would be insulting vinegar.It is with a heart felt regret that we have producers like this in our Australian wine industry. Step up your game or get out of the industry guys.

I bought a ten pack of Nelson county bourbon and coke cans from a bws and when I got home there was grease all over three of the cans and I couldn’t drink them. Did not get receipt from bws.Rang and emailed pinnacle drinks with a stack of photos about it and they never1. Rang me2. Offered a new ten pack3. Offered a refund4. A positive outcome for customerAfter repeatedly trying to find an outcome via phone and email all they ever said was it probably came from the bws store and said they’re forwarding it to quality control.Still have all the photos of the cans and all email correspondence.Should give to the media.

I am disappointed that your company has decided to change the recipe of Nelson County Bourbon . I have enjoyed this drink since it came on the market ,but now find it to sweet . Even the box is not as eye catching .Please explain why this has come about .

Yesterday, in Dan Murphy's, I bought a box containing 6 John Boston beers. John Boston beers are brewed by Pinnacle drinks. The box also contained two beer glasses, packed in their own little boxes.When I removed the beer glasses from their boxes I noticed that both of them were heavily marked with prominent finger prints. I note that the packaging and glassware was made in China. If you are thinking of giving beer as a Christmas gift, my advice to you would be to choose another brand.Dave Kelly

I tried ringing this company (the 1300 number) and waited and waited and waited over 45 minutes and never got to speak to a representative. The recorded message states that I was important to them and to stay on the line, but I don't seem to be that important and there was no other way of contacting the company as there was no email address or alternative number. Get your act together and yes I still have not been able to get in touch with this company. Very very poor.

I purchased a bottle of Torreselle Pinot Grigio Rose it was undrinkable and poured down the sink.I have contacted Pinnacle Drinks on line a week ago but to date have not received a reply. Watch this space for any updates
