Would have given a zero star rating but not available. I ordered a t ball shirt for my 6yo daughter on the 12/11/20 it's now the 11/3/21 and still no shirt. Customer service into relation with the problem is very poor most email responses take over a week and half the time no reply at all. I was told they were waiting on red t-shirts to arrive and was offered a refund I told them I needed the t-shirt as it was the t ball uniform. They then sent me out an incorrect order and still had issues chasing a response as to why. I asked the company to phone me in relation to my order and yet again no response or phone call. There was no number for their site through the club's merchandise page so had to do the research to find out the phone number. They finally couried it out today but item has still not arrived and we are now leaving for the t ball team photo with a disappointed daughter without the correct team uniform which is inexcusable. Very disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

Best in the country!! Fullhammer have provided our Baseball uniforms for the Brisbane Bandits for the last few seasons now, and have continually improved their standard and service. Good lead times, well priced and nothing is ever too difficult for their team. Highly recommend.
