Dropped boots off Monday morning and said I would pick them up on Wednesday. Quoted and paid $45 for 3 bits of glueing and two pieces of stitching. Boots not ready at 11 a.m. Dropped back a couple of hours later, still not ready. Woman was not busy with customers but on her phone. Waited a fair while. Got home and there was only one row of really bad stitching where originally there were two. The toe protector that had to be glued is no longer there. Appalling work. Appalling service". No apology whatsoever.."

Took my old fave leather bag in to get some stitching done.When received it back it was so well done I can’t tell which side was the one that got repaired. Super happy with it!

Absolute worst service ever, avoid at all costs.Dropped shoes in Tuesday and told they would be repaired by Friday. They quoted $74 which I thought was a bit much but really needed the service. They took well over 3 weeks to complete the job. I sent a friend in to collect and they charged her $100 despite her having a copy of my receipt/ticket.Be wiser to go to TAFE and get a cobblers certificate

Took my heels in to get glued, absolute worst job ever! $40 for what? My shoes to fall apart again, glue is everywhere and the material isnt even tucked in where it is suppose to be! I am so angry with what they have Done to my heels, they are ruinedMy toddler could do a better job with a Uhu glue stick!
