Used to love the shop but won't go there anymore as they do not accept cash, even for minor amounts.

Great store. Friendly staff. Have found that some prices are not affordable for a lot of people though

Payed for $100 dollar gift card plus another item. After waiting 20 minutes for the gift card was told it can’t be done due to system being down and it will be days. Got a receipt for a refund but still haven’t got my money back. How long for, they don’t know. Can’t answer that. Pretty basic.Update: 1 day later no refund.

While the items we purchased were great the elderly lady who served us could not have been ruder to my poor wife. She went out of her way to point out what she thought of us by her choice of words, implying that we probably have never cooked before and wouldn’t know how to use the product! She refused to acknowledge that the sale, that we could’ve ordered online and had delivered from her store, claimed the knife set included was completely different wood. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name, as most of the staff were very friendly and the store is a great one but the lady who served us really ruined our experience which should’ve been an exciting gift for my poor wife.
