I ordered 3 dozen Mocha hot cross buns. They’re not a regular item but I knew Baker’s Delight sold them. The guy that served me was very obliging and I named my pick up date. He was also lovely when I picked them up, suggesting how to transport them home without squashing any. They are delicious!! I think that is amazing customer service.

Despicable and terrible customer service. Today I could have got the last stamp to get my free bread. But the female staff insisted that I could not get mine because they changed their system to a plastic card last month. I told her why other stores still accept it. She said it depends on what each store does. Unbelievable!

If you're looking for great food and great customer service, this is the place to go. Ben was absolutely amazing with serving me. He was kind, considerate, and honestly just made my day. The apple and custard tea time I got was just as amazing, and I thank Ben for letting me choose the one I wanted, to (and I quote from) enjoy with both my eyes and my tongue". I was greeted by a lovely lady who enthusiastically explained the specials for the day and then gave me some nutritional information about the bread I wanted - these buns are now my new favourite - the wholemeal buns with dried fruit, like healthy, fresh hot cross buns. It was nice to be greeted with enthusiasm and warmth and I’ve been back a few times since :)

The main driver behind this 5 star review is due to Ben who works there. Every time I have been served by him he has gone above and beyond with customer service. If there were more people like him in retail then the world would be a better place. Legend.
