Kapunda Medical Practice

First consultation with a doctor at this practice, she told me she was running behind and wasn't able to do a proper first consult. She did a brief overview of my health before doing 2 scripts and form for a test. I was charged $126 upfront (gap $50) because it was apparently a 15 minute consult, which is was not. I emailed the admin staff there, no apology for the delay and not receiving the initial consultation that I was booked for and said that their consults are timed and i was wrong. Their fees are way above other medical centres in the area. Reigional areas are one of the most deprived when it comes to access to health care, cost of care should be taken into consideration, which in this centre it is not. Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible communication from the doctors to Receptionist. Never believing they are in the wrong. I understand your a private practice but then to say that its at the doctors Discretion weather they are charged privately or not and never spoken about until you have walked out. Truly disgusting service. Used to be an extremely helpful practice. One star is more then an understatement

Absolutely lovely practice, from the reception staff to the nurses to the doctors. Everyone is so caring and supportive, I'm so happy that my kids have such a great place of care. I'm so confident in their complete care.
