I recently purchased an Efergy Energy Monitor. I could have bought it on line but am so glad that I didnt and bought it from Frank in the EnviroShop instead. Frank has been unbelievably helpful in trying to get this gear to work, despite the fact that it is the supplier's issues. I spent an hour on the phone to an Efergy technician and called Frank, who not only offered to call them for me to clarify their advice but even sent out one of his own electricians to check my set up!! Unbelievably generous!!So buy local and get great service!! I will be shopping here for all my needs now on. Thanks Frank.

Frank and Nick at Enviroshop Newstead have been absolutely fantastic in all my dealings with them. Knowledgeable, passionate and very giving of their time and expertise. I had an absolute saga after a very poor quality solar panel install with another company before contacting Enviroshop to fix the mess with my power usage, account and export configuration. They were like a dog with a bone! determined to get my system working to the best possible levels and get my electricity bill down. They of course succeeded. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough
