Unfortunately these guys were awesome the first year I used them but really went down hill after that. Took over a week then multiple follow ups to get responses. They hiked their prices up every year (well above CPI) and adopted a ‘cant be stuffed’ attitude - if they weren’t sure about particular expenses for a tax return they didn’t bother calling to clarify and just left them off, no additional follow up or suggestions. I called to clarify and the attitude I received was horrific. Having taken my return elsewhere the difference in the projected tax return was significant. Really disappointed.

My father has been using Conrad for years now, was passed onto me from my father years ago. Never had a problem and he always helps me. Wouldn't go anywhere else but Kaycarta!!
