Ordered 2 products from them. 1 arrived. After a month I called and was told that the product would arrive the following Friday. A week later I called and was informed that the product was not in the country yet and would be only perhaps arriving in the country 2 weeks later.This significantly disrupted the project. A little honesty at the time of purchase would have really been nice.
