Wow just went to the Armadale chicken treat store and it was amazing. Haven’t been there for a while, we Found out it has New owners and a new look to the store. So happy with the service, the time taken to get our order was so fast and the food was delicious! We will be back. Thank you so much

Bought a burger combo and sauce in burger was off rang rhem to let them know and they refused to admit that the sauce was off and when we were in picking up food terrible customer service and when somone I know.went.through drive through waited 30 mins and they lost the order and every time I go terrible customer service

It's fast food and not always Great. Service is always pleasant. Drive thru needs serious upgrading.Food was dry but when your hangry anything will do.

Chicken treat more like chicken cheat as they cheat you out of you money By far, it is the worst customer service. The shift manager is not professional and extremely rude and aroggent. Not Interested in resolving the issue at all, and when asked for the store manager, he stated that he would not help me, so there was no point in talking to her. I asked for the owners name to make a complaint and was told by the shift manager not to bother because I am no body and he is the manager. I will be taking this to CT head office and making an official complaint then. I will not be returning to this store, I'd rather go to Red Rooster, and the chips are always raw. And the shop presentation is very poor it is always dirty their toilets are disgusting. Chicken hero's more like chicken zero as I would give you zero stars if I could.

Today (17/10/21) I went through drive through and got the $20 roll and burger combo and the chips wear only half a packet of chips and the person that served me came across rude and he came across like he was lost and didn't know what he was doing. every think else was okay. I've put a picture of the 4 chip packets we got

Just watched kitchen staff make food without any gloves on. Grabbing things out the fryer then touching raw products for prep.The only person who had one glove on was the cashier for some reason. Very unhygienic

perfectly cooked chicken, hot chips and crisp pineapple rings. all pretty rare in my area. delighted with the friendly efficient service even if the dining area could have been cleaner. will be back

Apart from the staff being extremely pleasant there was not a lot going for this shop. The atmosphere was almost non-existent, probably because everyone is in too much of a rush. Lots of drive through orders. The food was just passable. My wife and I don't eat a lot of fast food and this would be why.
