I would highly recommend the Professionals Forster & Tuncurry. Darren Rice was our agent when selling a villa, we found Darren very honest, informative and professional. We were very happy with the result of the sale and impressed with the service provided.

Rude and uncooperative staff, from front dest to backend(manager). Everyone doesn't take any responsibility what they mentioned before and during leasing process. And during the lease term, they keep bothering you without any explanation or reason.

Sam Roche fit us in for a viewing of a property we are purchasing at very short notice. Could not have been more helpful, even helped with information beyond the sale. Highly recommend Sam for his relaxed but thorough approach to real estate sales. Very happy customers.

Should be called Unprofessionals! We've just moved into a rental property managed by the Professionals. The property was absolutely filthy, almost every wall was stained with food or smudge marks from people's bodies (don't get me started in the urine on the toilet walls), and there was mould on the inside of multiple rooms. We've tried to resolve these issues with the property manager and landlord and have been met with a lack of enthusiasm and differences of opinion on what a 'clean' house should be. Cleaning businesses, family and friends, and neighbors who have walked inside are disgusted and appalled by the state of the rental we have moved into. I highly recommend staying clear of this business if you are looking for property management. We are now dealing with NSW Fair Trading/Tribunal to bring these issues to light. We're losing weeks of substantial rent just cleaning this property before we can actually move in. What a joke.Update, in addition to the above the Professionals have been lying to us and telling us we are not allowed to contact the landlord directly. As a tenant you are 100% entitled to contact the landlord . Sounds like they are trying to hide all their incompetence with the landlord!

I have worked with Darren in my management role at a local retirement village on numerous occasions over the years.Darren has always been our real estate of choice for our new residents moving in to the village due to his many expert qualities.Darren communicates well and regularly with his clients and has a warming charm which our residents have always spoken highly of.He has always been proactive with the sales process, we have not had any delays with residents moving into the village incurred due to the resale of their current home when listed with Darren.Darren actively listens and is able to read his clients, and adapt his approach accordingly. Beyond Livered with the professionals standard of Cleanliness regarding moving into a rental Property in the higher end priced market!! it should be an exciting time for a family when it’s been nothing but extreme hard work, lots of tears, tip runs and still almost a week and haven’t unpacked a single box!!The property has been left in the Professionals manner worthy of new tenants moving in, when all we have done is mop walls, remove urine from walls, black hair thru out the property, cockroaches dead in hidden corners, build up of dust/cobwebs/human body sweat makes on walls. Food splashed over walls, over grown gardens, mould on windows, no working blinds, water spraying out of taps, fans but with no remotes.Hornets nets/spiderwebs/mould all over the house.This is how someones house, someone’s place they used to call home, someone’s place they used to make family memories in is being cared for, Property Managed from the Professionals but this property has been left atrocious!!!

If you want a firm that is not willing to take accountability for their actions this is the one. Darren Rice was our agent. Due to his incompetence our parents have lost most of their belongings and sentimental items.We settled our home in which it was dirty on settlement day. The agent Darren, offered to get it cleaned after we settled. This house has been vacant a few months and it was obvious that it was not taken care of once we started to proceed with the sale. Day of settlement we did our inspection and weeding was needed as well as a clean inside. This is when we were told it would get cleaned. We did let Darren know that we would be bringing items, boxes, bags into the house and he assured us they would be ok and the cleaning would go around it all. We were to move in on Thursday and when ringing during the week it was not done until the day before. Once again lack of organisation and leaving things to the last minute.Our elderly parents took items that were clearly labelled and left in the house. Darren arranged cleaners and due to not being supervised, they threw all the belongings to the tip.During the time of our settlement, Darren was more involved in doing his own personal purchase, that he forgot to take care of what he is paid to do.Sadly our sale of our property has become very somber due to this happening to us. Our parents have lost most of their belongings but as well sentimental possessions.Not once did Darren take ownership of what occurred but was happy to tell us there is nothing that can be done. This is not acceptable and hard to take on when the realestate were left in charge of our property and keys.Feeling very dissatisfied, disappointed, angry and so may more emotions that we as a family do not need in this time when we have other health issues we are currently dealing with.Do I recommend? Definitely not. Be very cautious because Professional is only a title that they do not abide by.

My partner and I were looking to buy our first property when we found a 3 bedroom villa listed with Torge. He was so friendly and really went out of his way to accomodate our schedule. We have been living in our home for nearly 2 months and couldn’t be happier!
