This is my local, so where all my parcels get redirected to if I am not home. Man working there isn't very friendly at all. Never smiles or talks Just snatches the parcel card from me. I actually really dread going there as I feel like I am being a huge inconvenience for him.

IF THERE IS ZERO STAR I WILL GIVEThis guy should not be serving public and or be in this country. His attitude fits back in his country and not in a friendly multicultural society. He lacks customer service and business sense. I am not sure if I can direct my family mail service to another post office and avoid dealing with low class post office.HE NEEDS SOMEONE TO REMIND HIM OF WHAT HIS BUSINESS IS ABOUT

Post office hours specify 1pm closure on saturdays, we arrived 12:45 and it was closed. Poor business, especially when postage now is every second day. My mum works monday-friday and saturdays are the only days we can visit the post office.

Worst customer service! The only post office I have issues with every single time. The old asian man who attends this shop is rude, grumpy and not helpful at all, he should not work there. Is there any way I can request australia post not to drop my parcels here for me to collect that would be great. Thanks.

The newsagents/ post office has two lines on for the post office and other for newsagents yet there was only one person on Saturday so you wait for your turn service is ok and friendly
