I go here every time I'm in the area and the staff are always lovely. They serve in a timely manner and the drinks are amazing. The customer service is very good, and the assorted pastries are always nice.

Aweful service..waited over 20 minutes for an average at best long black and a blueberry muffin that they just had to put onto a plate...all the while watching other tables being served and the wait staff wandering around the service area. I won't be back

What appears to be the boss at this store is the issue! Breaches food standards when SHE mucks up an order, is rude to staff, treats them disgustingly & equally so to customers who dare to pull her up.

Just had the best coffee this morning! Excellent customer service even though very busy they always serve with a smile! Very caring and appealing staff ,great and fast service!
