My first investment property and I was unsure about property agents until I saw the time and care Active Property Management put into making sure everything was easy and hassle free. Helping make the house presentable, organising trades for last minute fix ups and additions, managing the advertising, walk throughs, applications and more. The money I spend on Active Property takes away the cost of my time and stress, but also I am saving money directly through APM's relationships and reduced work for my accountant.Despite my initial reticence I am now a firm advocate of Active Property Management and the services they offer.

First rental inspection that was organised well and none of this 30, 40. 50 people lined up. Lisa was very professional but incredibly lovely and welcoming. First of many properties I have inspected that was true to the pictures, description, well maintained and clean.
