Helen is absolutely amazing, I saw her for ages before I had to switch to a different service. Helen always made a huge effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Sessions with her made me feel heaps better and she would help me find healthier coping strategies and skills that worked for me.Helen always made me feel proud of all my progress, no matter how minor, which helped with both my confidence and motivation.She was able to explain what I was going through and how to support me, to my mum, in a way that I was comfortable with and my mum understood.Helen has over 20 years of experience (last time I checked) and it shows in her work with her clients. I was given all the information that was available for any service that she thought could benefit me, before we would discuss any questions and pros and cons. It was always made clear that everything was optional and the final decision, for anything, rested with me.I improved heaps while working with Helen, even when I was struggling and feeling overwhelmed, she made it clear I had her support.

Helen saw my daughter twice and it felt like she had known her for such a long time as everything she said about my daughter was spot on! Her psychologist report was excellent and so detailed. I would recommend her so highly to anyone.
