I have never had a more unpersonal or degrading experience at a hairdresser or a more unloved haircut. I felt like I was an inconvenience and disrupting her chat with other people in the salon.The price was good, but you do NOT feel like a valued customer or are treated like one.

Made an appointment and sat there for 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment that I’d walked in the door. A simple ‘Hi, we’ll be with you in a minute’ would’ve been fine. Rudest hairdressing salon I’ve been to in Australasia. I left.

I went there for a haircut. The people were very nice and professional. I was very satisfied when I walked away (with a brushing). However I precised that I have curly hair and that it should be taken into consideration as after I had a shampoo and my hair went curly again, the haircut did not look very nice anymore (and this is what I wanted to avoid, I said I want the haircut to seem nice when my hair are curly as usual). I am not leaving this message to be rude, it is just to make sure that the wishes of clients are better listened next time.

I did keratin treatment last week Wednesday I pay $500and i washed my hair after 4 days there is nothing change all’ curly hair. Even they don’t know how to treat customer.very unprofessional may be in Katherine that’s why they think people can do whatever they do.Not a good service.

I highly recommend this salon. I was passing through the area and desperately needed a cut and colour. The owner did my hair and really took the time to explain what she thought was best, and then gave me hints on styling at the end. The colour came out great as well.
