Serengale Retreat

We had a beautiful stay at Serengale. The weather was glorious so there was little need to leave the retreat. Kids and adults loved the pool, the kitchen was fab and the whole home was so spacious and relaxing. The hosts have literally thought of everything you might need for your stay. The fresh figs straight off the tree and evening walk to the hilltop for a sundowner with views across the valley to surrounding mountains were highlights. Cannot wait to return.

Serengale Retreat was just perfect for our family getaway. The location is perfect and so peaceful and the accommodation was just lovely; clean and comfortable for 8 adults. Serena the host is the most hospitable owner and looked after us so wel. We will definitely be back and highly recommend for a regional Victoria getaway.

I stayed at this truly luxury retreat with a group of 6 for 3 nights. The retreat is stylish, spacious, clean and very well appointed – we loved the dinner pack and breakfast which was fresh and good quality local produce. We road our bikes to visit local wineries and nearby towns – even making it to Bright on the rail trail. The best thing was knowing our base was Serengale – well it’s the best ever base– BBQ, swimming pool, a great kitchen / garden and there’s nothing better than retiring to a very welcoming and comfortable bedroom. Serengale = Serenity and can’t wait to get there again one day. The host – Serena made us feel very welcome (including a bottle of very nice wine from her next door winery) and was very helpful and gave us a few tips for our adventure in this beautiful part of Victoria. Amazing!!!Perfect location, perfect facilities and perfect host!!They have everything you need and more. Even have everything you need to cater for our 2 kids, high chair, change table, everything!!Beautiful breakfast and bottle of wine on arrival!!You even have to ability to organise dinner to be waiting in the fridge for you like we did.Can't wait to return!!Well worth the 6 hour drive from home

Loving our stay, at Serengale Retreat. We are night two of five. Fabulous so far. Unplug, relax, and enjoy. The garden is endless, the landscaping is wonderful, and the birdlife is beaming and happy. We appreciated the warm welcome after a long drive. The first night BBQ set the tone, for a relaxing break.

Family group of 8 adults and three children, stayed for 3 nights over Easter. This is our second visit to Serengale Retreat. Absolutely first class accommodation. Everything about the home is absolute quality and Serena (Host) goes out of her way to ensure everyone is comfortable and enjoys their stay. Highly recommended. We will be back again ... and again ... and again! Thanks
