Delicious and generous! We went looking for an afternoon ice cream, and Valentino's had the classic look and flavours. The ice cream was delicious and the serve was very generous. I think it must have been the owner because he gave us heaps of ice cream. :)Great if you're looking for traditional ice cream and flavours :) I'm sad I can't go back as I'm here on holiday.

Our first time visiting and we weren’t let down. Greeted by one of 5 staff, holding out a random flavour for us to try. Prices are good and each flavour was well presented. The quality; we could easily have been at a store in Rome. Pleasantly surprised.

Lots of yummy flavours to choose from. Shakes, cones or cups.Love that you can taste test flavours before choosing.Would love to have some sauce toppings like nutella.Great spot across from the ocean, plenty of parking although can get busy in peak times.Friendly staff, helpful with suggestions.

I asked for 2 flavours to try. I walked back 10 minutes later to try 2 more just to see what I would like. But the older gentleman said to me no you have had way too many. I am not impressed and would not recommend to anyone. I will not be coming back.

Excellent customer service from both girls tonight but especially one girl in particular. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses. She gave us a sample without us even asking, which blew my partner away. Even though he didn’t like the icecream sample she chose for us, he insisted on buying from that store over the others on the strip because of the customer service. We went for a walk and when we came back the girl served us promptly and offered us a rewards card as we were leaving. Great customer service and delicious sorbet.

Nice enough gelato for Australian Standard but not stored the authentic Italian way in pozzetti. Expensive like everything on Mooloolaba Esplanade.

Everytime I'm in Mooloolaba, I get an ice cream from Valentino's. Creamy and delicious ice cream, awesome selection of gluten free flavours and friendly service with a smile (which can be hard to find these days).

We had a special night out with our family and kids were excited to get a rare treat. My son had 2 tastings. We bought an ice cream for our daughter and walked away. We came back 5 mins later and my son asked the older gentleman if he could taste test 2 more. The older gentleman said no you have already had 2. We had planned on buying 4 more ice creams from this establishment. I wasn't needing to taste any myself. We chose not to buy anymore ice cream from him, instead we walked 2 doors up and they were only too happy to let us taste test whatever we wanted.I will not be returning to this establishment and I will be ensuring I tell all my friends and family to bycott this place.Not impressed at all.

THE WORST customer service. Older male serving us was just so incredibly rude and patronising- obviously having a bad day but don't put that on customers trying to have a nice day. We walked away due to his negativity and bad attitude. Don't recommend this place at all.
