Just got served by a young woman named Isabella, I had no one in front of me at the cigarette counter and they had multiple self checkouts open along with 1 person at the express, Isabella decided to look at me then serve two more customers that rocked up. Didn’t even get a sorry just a what do you want attitude.

3.45 on Friday afternoon and 3 manned registers only open. Long queues with hundreds of $$ worth waiting to be served. One trolley would pay wages for a team member all day. Young under 20 year old Manager said she was the only manager of the store as 2 had gone home. No other staff available. You need more staff on your books Woolies. Customer service please!

Clean and bright. Staff are always very helpful andverypleasant. Very rarely do we find they're out of stock of what we are after. Their dairy products are kept in good condition compared with other stores in the greater area (we haven't had milk go off prior to the use by date)

Great place to shop. Staff are always nice and polite. That's what I thought until today, most of the staff are really great, I was mislead by a tag on an item, so was charged more than I thought, then the girl said ill do it for you but we don't have to give refunds on change of mind, when she clearly knew it was mislabelled, the belligerence was so profound it was deafening, she didn't need to make that statement, then another came and said ill do a refund, wonderful, but a guy next to me had to throw in his 2 cents worth and threw $2 across the counter and says, there's more problems in the world than this, he's right, but mind your own business showing off in front of the girls trying to pick a fight with a 63yo man that's had more surgery than you can poke a stick at, it should have never been a drama in the first place, some people should not work in customer service. A big 5 stars for most of the staff and a big minus five for the 2 that made a problem. Thanks to the last girl, job well done. Still the same old place.

New self serve checkout always registers my handbag as groceries not scanned and I have to get someone's attention to clear my register for payment, this is frustrating
