This was my second time getting a new battery from NRMA. The first time I booked a time that was convenient. They were on time and the whole process took less then 10 minutes. This time I required on road assistance. I was able to track the driver location and received a text with a ETA. They were earlier then expected and like my previous experience, it was done and dusted within 10 minutes. The cost of the battery was also significantly cheaper then you would pay anywhere else. I’ve been a member for 35 years and they have never let me down. I’m a member for life. Worth every cent!

They've always taken good care of me and my family, from holiday incidentals, locked keys in cars, doors that won't close, broken screens while on holiday, flat batteries and so much more. Ended up with a flat battery after a long day of work. NRMA turned up within half an hour and quickly changed my battery for me.They also offered to just jump start my car and come back at a later time to change my battery (or I could organise that myself) but opted to just have it changed there as they had the battery I needed in the truck.Great service and I even made it back home in time to pick up the kids from daycare.

I found the NRMA battery service the same as all its services, Fantastic! They arrived much taster than the estimated time and had my problem diagnosed in a couple of minutes. The technician also explained to me the problem as if I was a human with a brain , not in a patronising way as some providers tend to do. Highly recommended.

I had a flat battery after my Sorento sat in garage for 6 weeks without moving. It was original and 9 years old so I need a new batteryI rang NRMA and actually got directed to a person within 2 minutes.The road patrol arrived with a new battery within the hour as advised.It was fitted in 20 - 25 minutes.patrolman was Old school and we had a good chat whilst he was doing his work. I learnt a lot from that chatBattery was of good quality and price reasonable. No cost for fitting
