I have used Complete Property Clearance services on 2 occasions now and recommended them to several friends . They really take the stress out of what can be very draining and emotional when the time comes to clear the home of an elderly relative. They are completely professional and reliable (good communication) and I really liked the fact that what had been treasured possessions were, where possible, passed on to others for a second life. They also found photos and other sentimental items I had missed. They sent photos of the final job and reports showing where all the contents had gone which again I really appreciated. After losing my parents quickly (with a month of each other)- I was faced with the daunting task of emptying out their rental (where they'd lived for 20+ years). I'd just gone through this with my Aunt, and she lived in a much smaller place, and I wasn't wanting to go through it again. I had a few people quote initially, but I felt some of them had no idea what they were tackling, and some just struck me as cowboys. Thankfully I found Complete Property Clearance's website and sent an enquiry. I received contact back and discussed the job. They were lovely on the phone and obviously extremely experienced with this and way worse from what I gathered. I said to them, I want to hand you the keys and not have to do it, and that's exactly what I got!They sent photos this morning that the house was finished and I couldn't believe how spotless it was. They made fast work of it....and I am so relieved this is one less unpleasant thing I have to go through.I can't recommend these guys enough. Amazing company. I'd give 10 stars if I could. David and his team have done it again - delivered a 5 star service when clearing out my parents unit, and then returning again to help sort out their storage. David considers every item and directs them either to different auction houses, to charity, to recycling, and finally to waste if there is no other option. He even took the old car and sold it for us. He made it easy for us and what I liked the most was the respect he and his team showed for Mum and Dad's possessions. Thanks guys.

We were faced with the daunting task of clearing my Mum's house when we moved her into residential aged care. The task was more complex because we live 150km from Mum's house, and had to arrange everything by phone, email and text.Bob was very easy to deal with, and very clear with explaining the process. We were able to schedule a time that was perfect for our needs, and Bob and his team did a fantastic job of clearing the house and 40 years of under house storage. His job was made more complicated by weeks of rain, before and during the job, but the end result is fantastic and well documented with photos.We could not have accomplished this task without Bob, it is a huge weight of our shoulders, and I highly recommend his services.
